Role: Senior Engineer:

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Heading the project construction activities which includes managing multiple teams, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Acting as one-point-contact for all site related needs to make sure there is overall project is completed as per the required time constraints.
• Co-ordinating the required drawings and other vital information with respect to project execution and overseeing the smooth flow of information.
• Defining the plan and milestones for individual activities and making sure the progress is adhering to the targets and schedule of the project.
• Driving the project team allocated to the project, allocating project tasks, and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.
• Coordinating, reviewing and maintaining the drawings and other vital reports in AutoCAD, MS Office and other tools.
• Determining& reviewing the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed and forecasting the construction works, resource and requirements.
• Reviewing the bills of the individual sub-contractors and coordinating the billing process between the management and the sub-contractors.
• Executing strict quality management system with fool-proof tracking formats and manual follow-ups. Delivering the end-product as per the required quality standards.
• Capturing, evaluating and sharing lessons learned throughout the project and ensuring that the project is formally closed out.
• Providing performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on project and envisaging the smooth and efficient project management flow.
• Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures – complying with legal regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Master’s Degree in any construction specialization will be an added advantage.
• 8 years professional experience in construction projects.
• Sound knowledge in excavation and basement construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a site team.

Role: Site Supervisor:

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assisting in coordination with contractors, suppliers, and other operatives at the construction site.
• Working closely with the site team and project manager to perform each job task safely, efficiently, on time, and under budget.
• Ensuring that all materials are used as specifications and work performed are as per schedule.
• Managing the day-to-day activities on site including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractor.
• Coordinating and management of site inward and outward of materials, log registers and other vital book keeping at site.
• Planning the daily works with the contractor as per the weekly schedule and efficiently organising the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Preparing and generating daily progress reports, next-day planning, material inventory register, and other related reports.
• Coordinating and maintaining the drawings and other vital reports in AutoCAD, MS Office and other tools.
• Providing data in respect of variation orders and site instructions.
• Tracking and making chart data to continue improving quality standards within the work environment.
• Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures – complying with legal regulations.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at site.
• Performing other duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Polytechnic in Civil Engineering/Construction.
• Civil Engineering degree will be an added advantage.
• 3 years professional experience in construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to perform efficiently.

Role: Manager – Legal and Contracts:

Your Skills and Responsibilities Include:

• Ability to prepare and amend all the necessary legal documents and contracts w.r.t. construction and real estate which include sale deeds, development agreements, notices, MOUs, etc.
• Good knowledge in legal verification and validation procedures in relation with multiple stakeholders in construction which include the landlords, investors, etc.
• Competence in connecting and communicating with necessary professional teams such as attorneys, government officials, landlords, agents, etc.
• Familiarity with handling government entities and offices in terms of follow-up of the file, understanding the status, comprehending the documents, etc.
• Maintaining the legal work of the projects and the organization. Tracking the document status and managing the flow of different submissions according to the necessity.
• Timely maintenance, follow-up, verification, and renewals of the necessary permissions, clearances, licenses and other critical documents related to the organization.
• Strong hold on real estate and construction contracts, liasioning and other legal related processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification in Construction Contracts Management or LLB.
• 5-8 years professional experience in construction legal domain.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to understand the requirement.
